RETAIL VERSES OEM
When a component manufacturer, such as a processor or hard
drive, creates a product, they then test the product and grade
it accordingly as to how it will be sold. If an item does not
make the grade, it never reaches the market. The lower grade
items are sold to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) with
little or no warranty. The higher grade items, however, are
sold in a retail box with a 3-year warranty. Isenhower
Computer systems are built from better quality "retail"
components with the 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

BURN-IN
On most items (whether it be computers, dishwashers,
automobiles, etc.) you are most likely to have warranty
related issues in the first 100 hours of use. For this reason,
our systems are put through a 100-hour test that tasks
virtually all the computers components and generates a
real-time report displaying any errors in the computer's
hardware. This gives our systems higher level of quality
control than you will find in most "name brand" systems.
3-YEAR
LIMITED WARRANTY
Isenhower Computer systems include a 3-year limited
warranty without having to purchase an extended warranty
package.

TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Unlike most computer manufacturer's, there is no charge
for telephone support for your Isenhower Computer system after
the warranty period has expired. You have free telephone
support for the life of the system!

CRITICAL UPDATES
Another unexpected feature provided by Isenhower Computer
systems is the installation of all current critical Windows,
BIOS and anti-virus updates when the system is setup. This
will save the consumer using a 56k modem connection hours of
download time and gives you the satisfaction of knowing your
system is as secure and trouble-free as possible with the
